Parkplace was planned after the pandemic changed what a shared space has to do. Corridors are naturally ventilated. Amenities move between air-conditioned rooms and open terraces. The sky lounge can be a private dining room, a co-working table or a party with the city as a backdrop.
The result is a building that stays useful in every season — and a community with more reasons to stay close to home.
