01 — The tower
Low density,
by design.
Parkplace rises 20 storeys on the Nivel Hills ridge, with 15 residential floors above a dedicated amenity level. Its plan is deliberately restrained: 168 homes, three lifts, 175 parking slots.
The architecture takes its cue from two overlapping pearls — the floor plate a quiet tribute to the Queen City of the South. Inside, halls are naturally ventilated and amenity spaces alternate between air-conditioned rooms and open-air terraces, so the building breathes even when the city below does not.
At the podium, villas are given their own courtyards and driveways. A central courtyard draws light and air down through the lower floors, a rare generosity in a high-rise.

03 — The typical floor
Two pearls, one horizon.

Typical pre-selling terms reserve the unit with ₱50,000, spread the down payment over 53 months, and settle the balance through bank financing or cash at turnover.
